From time to time, we are asked to accomplish financial analysis, other consulting work and appraisals for clients which are usually (but not necessarily) already related to our ESOP clients.  The purpose of this work involves, but is not limited to:

                        Mergers and acquisitions

                        Corporate dissolutions

                        Divorces

                        Estate and gift taxes
